All reports are generated from a single bank connection and remain valid for 60 days. Payment accepted via card or bank transfer (Paystack & Flutterwave).

If a report fails to generate due to a system error, you're not charged. Once a report has successfully generated, it's non-refundable, since the verification work has been completed.
