By creating an account or using FinSight's services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FinSight provides analytics and decision-support services: income verification, affordability scoring, and related reports, generated from data you authorize us to access. FinSight is not a bank, lender, credit provider, or payment processor. We do not extend credit, hold funds, or make lending decisions. Any decision made by an institution based on a FinSight report is that institution's decision alone.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms to use FinSight's services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
To generate a report, you must connect a bank account and authorize read-only access to your transaction history via our licensed open-banking partner, governed by the consent terms described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time.
Reports generated by FinSight reflect an analysis of the transaction data available to us at the time of generation. A report is not a guarantee of loan approval, tenancy approval, employment, or visa approval — these decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the institution you share the report with. FinSight makes no representation about the outcome of any application supported by a FinSight report.
Individual reports are billed per the pricing published on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Institutional access is billed per the plan agreed at signup. Payments are processed by our licensed payment service providers; FinSight does not store your card details. Once a report has successfully generated, it is non-refundable, except where generation failed due to a system error on our part.
Reports remain valid for 60 days from generation. After that period, you must reconnect your bank account to refresh your score and generate a new report.
FinSight's platform, scoring methodology, reports, and branding are the property of FinSight Digital Technologies, Inc. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond your personal, non-transferable use of the reports you generate.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinSight disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any decision made by a third party (including any institution) based on a report generated through our service, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using FinSight's services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [To be confirmed with counsel alongside FinSight's Delaware/Nigeria corporate structure.]
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users before they take effect.
